30-Day Returns If you're not satisfied with your Velouxa order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Eligibility
- The AuraSculpt Massager must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
- The Botanical Body Oil can only be returned if unopened and unused, for hygiene reasons.
- Bundle sets must be returned complete to receive a full refund.
How to Start a Return Email [support@velouxa.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or isn't working as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping — no return required in most cases.
AuraSculpt Warranty The AuraSculpt Massager includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device stops working properly within 12 months of purchase, contact us for a repair or replacement.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
