Shipping Delays While we aim for on-time delivery, occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. We're not responsible for delays once a package has left our facility.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're that we're not able to make changes once an order has shipped, and we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
